What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the internet sales strategy, driving customer engagement through online platforms


• Manage incoming leads and oversee timely, professional customer follow-ups


• Optimize vehicle listings across all digital touchpoints for visibility and accuracy


• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales targets and promotions


• Train and support sales team members in handling internet inquiries and CRM best practices


• Analyze digital traffic, conversion rates, and lead response times to improve processes


• Handle customer feedback and manage online reputation across review platforms

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years experience in Automotive Sales or Internet Sales


• Strong understanding of online sales platforms, lead management, and CRM tools


• Experience using social media and dealership websites to engage customers


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• A self-starter who’s organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven


• Knowledge of the automotive or powersports industry is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker


• A great attitude and a genuine interest in helping people find what they love


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a close-knit team environment


• Must have Driver’s License upon employment.
