Job Overview

Our client is currently seeking skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented technicians to join their auto repair team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in automotive repair, auto body work, or panel/facework repair who are looking to work in a professional and fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work efficiently and accurately
  


• Carry out auto body, facework, and repair tasks based on job requirements
  


• Inspect vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair approach
  


• Operate tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively
  


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  


• Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards all times
  


• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure repairs are completed on schedule
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in automotive repair, auto body repair, or facework repair
  


• Strong technical skills with keen attention to detail
  


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  


• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
  


• Ability to follow instructions and comply with workplace safety requirements

• A practical interview will be conducted at the client’s workshop
  

Benefits

Compensation Details

• CA$20.00 per hour
  


• Payable hours will be set in advance by the client. For example, if a repair job is assigned 8 payable hours, the technician will be paid for 8 hours regardless of the actual time taken to complete the work.
