Civeo is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator for the Fort McMurray, Alberta region at CP Surmont Lodge.   The Facilities Coordinator will support the Lodge Manager with day-to-day operations across the site, ensuring the delivery and maintenance of essential supplies, equipment, and facilities. This hands-on role includes logistical support, minor maintenance tasks, inventory control, and customer service duties to ensure a well-functioning and welcoming environment for staff and guests. This position will be on a rotation basis 14 days on and 14 days off as required by the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct town runs 2–3 times per week to pick up parts and materials.

  • Deliver cleaning supplies to designated locations (e.g., FMFNG, UTH).

  • Care for green spaces, including watering, planting, and setting up sports equipment.

  • Deliver coffee and supplies to over 30 buildings across site.

  • Perform gym setup, inspections, and equipment inventory.

  • Maintain hockey gear and changerooms.

  • Assist with PTAC filter maintenance.

  • Deliver, set up, and maintain water coolers and coffee machines.

  • Manage inventory of coffee, tea, and related supplies site-wide.

  • Handle coverall pickup and delivery four times a week.

  • Ensure all site vehicles are fueled, clean, and in working condition.

  • Interact professionally with clients and staff.

  • Perform daily maintenance of coffee machines in the MPB.

  • Conduct muster point checks and towel exchanges (twice weekly).

  • Support site-wide catering deliveries and kitchen supply orders.

  • Follow Civeo's Journey Management Plan.

  • Perform light repairs and maintenance on vehicles.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable with physical tasks and working outdoors
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
  • Previous experience in facilities or logistics coordination is an asset
  • Must be able to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test.
