Facilities & Logistics Coordinator (Temporary 12-month contract)

Your tasks at a glance - Reply to repair and maintenance requests for medical equipment and facilities nationally.
- Preparation of quote requests fornew building projects and renovations
- Interface between vendors and sites to schedule and complete repair work as well as new installations.
- Coordinatethose construction and renovation projects with General Contractors and Architects
- Coordinate freight delivery of materials and equipment nationallyto facilitate these projects
- Proceed to final inspections and corrections, insuring proper documentation is submitted to landlords and government offices.
- Manage technicians,both in-house and contracted, for equipment repair and maintenance
- Prepare cost / benefit analysis for special projects;
- Monitor key performance indicators
A clear view of your assets - You are fluent in French and in English, as you will have to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees in other provinces.
- Experience in construction and trades, lease, real estate management or other related fields, an asset
- Project management education or experience would be an asset.
- Bachelor’s in engineering or architecture or similar related degree would be an asset
