  • Support regional coordination of multiple sites, helping ensure consistent service delivery

Projects & Continuous Improvement:

  • Assist in preparing quotes and recommendations for minor projects or corrective actions
  • Support site-level implementation of approved work and improvements
  • Identify recurring issues and provide recommendations to improve operations and reduce risk
  • Contribute to standardizing processes and improving service delivery across the portfolio

Quality, Compliance & Systems:

  • Ensure all activities align with company procedures and applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations
  • Utilize mobile field systems, work order platforms, and reporting tools to manage daily activities

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 2–5+ years of experience in facilities support, building operations, or similar role
  • Strong hands-on capability with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks (non-certified scope)

  • Experience working across multiple sites or building types is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and stakeholders
  • Interest in developing leadership, coordination, and client management skills
  • Experience with CMMS/work order systems and mobile field tools preferred
