We're looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our team for the upcoming fall harvest season. Whether you're new to the industry or a seasoned professional, there's a place for you with us.

We are currently inviting interest for the Seasonal Forest Nursery Worker position across multiple locations. We'll be conducting interviews in September with positions starting in October and running until December. We'll reach out directly to candidates selected for an interview. All locations are within close driving distance from Vernon.

As a Seasonal Forest Nursery Worker for our harvest season, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping us prepare millions of seedlings for planting. You will:

• Work outdoors & indoors in a dynamic, fast-paced nursery environment.
• Perform various tasks related to seedling harvesting, including sorting, grading, bundling and packing.
• Ensure the quality and care of our seedlings.

This is a seasonal position for approximately 8 weeks, with the potential for additional shifts in our 2026 sowing and thinning seasons. Shifts are typically from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Hourly Rate: $18.37

*Potential to be paid piece rates and earn up to $200/day
