Barrington Passage is seeking a part-time family physician to provide office-based comprehensive primary care one day a week (0.2 FTE) at Dr. K Yee Family Practice Inc. in Barrington Passage, Nova Scotia. The successful candidate will also have the option to join the hospitalist group to provide inpatient care at nearby Yarmouth Regional Hospital (YRH) approximately 30 minutes travel time. They may also participate in teaching through the Dalhousie University Family Medicine residency program based in Yarmouth, and/or with medical students through Dalhousie University. In addition, there is opportunity for the successful candidate to provide nursing home care, emergency medicine or join the group of family medicine physicians who provide primary maternal care and low risk deliveries at YRH. As well as additional opportunities in Yarmouth, there are various practice opportunities available in nearby Shelburne Nova Scotia at Roseway Hospital.
