Oceanview Family Practice is seeking a family medicine physician to join their team. Oceanview Family Practice is attached to the Yarmouth Regional Hospital (YRH), they have a team-based, patient-centered and accessible vision for primary care which is aligned with the Patient Medical Home model of primary care. Physician in this practice will offer urgent care access and support the Dalhousie Family Medicine Residency program that is based out of the clinic. Successful candidates may participate in teaching with Family Medicine residents and medical students through Dalhousie University.
YRH has developed into a vast health care complex serving the 58,000 people of Shelburne, Yarmouth, and Digby Counties. It has 124 inpatient beds and provides a range of primary and secondary services through in-patient, outpatient and satellite programs:
