POSITION DESCRIPTION

Opportunity for Family Physicians to practice on the beautiful Southern Gulf Island of Galiano. We are looking for either a full-time Physician or two part-time Physicians interested in practice sharing the full-time position. Flexibility to establish workdays to suit your practice model.

Enjoy an independent and challenging practice in a modern office (Wolf EMR) with an emergency treatment room. No obstetrics or hospital work and support from outstanding staff and a full time Nurse Practitioner.

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA) including:

• Recruitment Incentive - up to $7,500
• Relocation Costs Reimbursement – up to a maximum of $15,000
• Fee Premium - 10.99%
• Annual Flat Fee - $ 12,651.06
• Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3&4, then increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years in the community.
