We’re looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager who’s ready to step into a key role and make a meaningful impact. As our F&I Manager at Steele Mitsubishi you’ll guide customers through one of the most important purchases they’ll make. From reviewing financing solutions to clearly explaining protection and warranty options, you’ll play a vital role in creating a smooth, personalized, and stress-free experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the bridge between lenders and clients, securing the best financing solutions for every unique situation.


• Process lease and finance deals efficiently and accurately.


• Present insurance, warranties, and protection options in a way that adds confidence and value.


• Keep our sales team sharp with the latest on finance programs and offerings.


• Ensure all client documentation is clean, clear, and compliant.


• Pitch in on some managerial duties as needed.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of F&I or automotive sales/finance experience


• A strong sales background and a passion for helping people


• A working knowledge of prime, subprime, and non-traditional lending


• Confidence in reading credit reports and guiding customers through financial decisions


• Excellent communication and customer service skills
