Fee Land Analyst

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Land Administration as the Fee Land Analyst, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Fee land management activities. 

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Responsible for preparing P&NG Lease Agreements on Fee lands
• Manage expiries, continuations and rentals on all Leased Fee files
• Track and coordinate payments related to offset obligations on Fee lands
• Process assignments related to Fee Leased files
• Review and verify Freehold Mineral Tax Invoices
• Work with the A&D group related to acquisitions/dispositions of Fee and Leased Fee 

Primary Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
• Strong working knowledge of Landrite, Geoscout, ISC & Spin II
• Must possess an understanding of mineral tenure and government regulations related to wells on Fee land ownership and registrations in Saskatchewan and Alberta
• Land Administration certificate, diploma or equivalent, or degree in a similar program is desired
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail 
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to ever changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
