Field Marketing Representative - Grimsby, ON

Kognitive Sales Solutions is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dynamic Field Marketing Representatives to join our team in Grimsby, ON. In this role, you will engage with consumers in-store to promote and educate them about President’s Choice Financial Products. As a representative of one of Canada’s most trusted brands, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and sales.

Compensation:

• Base pay + commission!

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products.
• Assess customers' needs to provide tailored recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional advice leveraging product knowledge.
• Drive sales and brand advocacy as an expert on the product.
• Ensure outstanding customer service for an excellent shopping experience.
• Engage creatively with customers to highlight product benefits.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff.
• Safeguard customer privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Generate excitement around the products as a knowledgeable brand advocate.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in financial or retail.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and challenges.
• Outgoing and personable with strong people skills.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on listening.
• Demonstrated integrity and responsibility in handling confidential information.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal/credit background check.
• Openness to learning and development through training and coaching.
• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license is an asset.
