Job Description - Field Services, Equipment Technician
We are currently recruiting for Field Service Equipment Technician for a short term 12-16 week period to work under the direction of Manager, Field Services. In this role you will support CareRx service offering by implementing, maintaining and servicing pharmacy equipment and supplies. The Field Service Technician will attend service calls, deliveries, and pick ups as required. You will be required to have a clean drivers abstract and able to drive a vehicle the size of a Sprinter van.
Your Day To Day
Set up medication/treatment carts, and other pharmacy provided equipment/supplies with applicable documentation for deployment at facilities
Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone
Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment/supply maintenance when required
Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes
Support the onboarding and off boarding of homes
Pre-stage equipment for delivery such as: fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc.
Track and record CareRx assets to Salesforce inventory
Reconditioning and storing equipment/supplies for future use
Miscellaneous support functions as required
What You Bring To The Team:
Strong mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot
Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other team members
Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with others in a professional manner
Skilled in critical thought processes and be able to prioritize appropriately
Must be self-directed requiring minimal supervision and able to work independently
Motivated to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality
Must demonstrate good listening skills and be adaptable to changes in job environment
Must be dependable and responsible in the execution of job duties
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs
Compensation Range: $20.00 - 21.00 per hourActual pay rate will be based on the individual candidate’s credentials and experience.
Location: You will be required to drive 5 days a week during regular business hours.
