Demonstrates a safe operating record.

Demonstrates competence handling all aspects of day to day operations.
Shows effective communication skills to lead and manage a crew.
Demonstrates effective communication skills to delegate daily assigned duties.
2 years minimum in the Septic industry with progressive responsibilities recommended.
