File Maintenance Clerk

What you’ll do:

Working closely with the Hardware Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Coming to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude;

• Be familiar with and adhere to Meadow Lake Co-op policies and procedures;

• Preparing and distributing reports as required for the departmental manager;

• To ensure all UPC codes are current for all items;

• To ensure all invoices are uploaded before the end of the work day that they arrive and all promotions keyed;

• To ensure all price changes, shelf tags and signs are printed within 24 hours; of the request;

• Inventory verifications to be completed as scheduled;

• Provide positive consumer experience to all customers;

• Participate in maintaining location image and housekeeping standards;

• Other duties as assigned.
