Are you a seasoned expert in automotive finance and insurance, ready to accelerate your career? Steele Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking a dynamic Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team and guide customers through the exciting road to vehicle ownership!

As an F&I Manager at Steele Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering a smooth and seamless car-buying experience. Your expertise will empower customers to explore financing options, select valuable add-ons, and confidently finalize their vehicle purchase. 100% Commission – Earning Potential of $100,000+ annually!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.


• Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.


• Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.


• Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.


• Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.


• Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ years' experience in automotive finance, insurance, or a related field.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.


• A track record of success in sales and achieving performance targets.


• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to automotive financing and insurance.
