You will provide support to internal and external clients on our multiple Finance systems, including, but not limited to, Oracle PeopleSoft (GL, AP, AM and matching module), Concur (expense reporting), SenSaaS and SysPro. You will mostly offer 1st level support but must also offer 2nd level support with respect to certain Finance systems.

Your responsibilities: 

• Providing support for Finance systems.
• Analyzing user issues to troubleshoot and, if necessary, opening technical support requests with various teams.
• Analyzing user requests related to security to ensure compliance with segregation of duties.
• Participating in the implementation of system improvements.
• Keeping user support documentation for supported systems up to date.

To join our team, you must have, among other qualifications:

• A diploma in Accounting, Business Technology Management, or a combination of education and equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate environment in a role involving support for various technologies and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written. As part of your role, you will frequently collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
