TITLE: Finance Supply Chain (FSC) Business Partner
LOCATION: Hybrid in Scarborough on average 4 days a week
COMP RANGE: CAD $79,000 – $110,000 annually
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Griffith Foods is hiring a Finance Supply Chain (FSC) Business Partner to be responsible for the financial management and oversight of the site level Supply Chain Finance. This role leads cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting, to ensure accurate, insightful, and actionable financial information to drive operational decisions.
Reporting to the Unit Finance Director and a dotted line to the Regional Finance Supply Chain Manager, this is your opportunity to advise on cost efficiency, support strategic planning, and partner closely with the local Supply Chain team, FP&A, and the Accounting team to deliver financial discipline and continuous improvement across the plant.

As a Finance Supply Chain (FSC) Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
Own daily and monthly cost tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting across manufacturing and supply chain (MFG & Departmental Expense, LOI, inventory reconciliation, labour productivity).
Partner with plant management, Operations, and Regional Finance to deliver insightful financial analysis that drives cost efficiency, operational improvements, and strategic decision-making.
Conduct in-depth cost and margin analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, influence key cost drivers, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead site-level annual budget and quarterly forecast processes for headcount, expenses, inventory, and LOI.
Maintain and enhance KPI dashboards to monitor operational and financial performance and enable data-driven decisions.
Improve and maintain standard costing and inventory valuation processes, including standard cost setting and updates for materials, labor, and overhead across manufacturing sites.
Support CapEx management, internal controls, and financial reporting compliance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to corporate and regional requirements.
Act as financial gatekeeper for GPE reporting, ensuring accuracy of reported savings and providing recommendations based on sound financial insight.
Lead semi-annual physical inventory counts and inventory control initiatives to ensure compliance, system reconciliation, loss prevention, and working capital optimization.
Qualified candidates will have:
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing finance roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experienced in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), with strong data extraction and validation skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Scarborough 4 days per week.

There is potential for a discretionary bonus, with a target of 6%. This bonus is based on personal & company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan.
