We have a great opportunity for a Financial Services Manager to join our team at Crown Auto Group, where we are one of the fastest growing dealerships in Manitoba with a recently expanded shop to keep up with our growing customer base.
As part of the sales team, you will guide customers through the financial process to find the best approval terms for their loan, present them with options to protect their investment and complete their final paperwork.

What you'll do:
Work directly with customers to complete sales and finance transactions according to Company and Lender policies, procedures and best practices
Provide a great customer experience at all customer touchpoints
Conducting a thorough credit interview process and liaising with lenders to get the best approval terms possible for clients
Obtain and review Credit Bureau reports with the customer(s) / applicant(s)
Offer and sale of asset and financial protection products i.e. extended warranties, GAP insurance, chemical protection products etc
Meeting established K.P.I.s (Key Performance Indicators) of the position
Accurately complete finance documents with customer and submit their application in a timely manner to the bank
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints (escalating to management when appropriate)
Successfully complete all assigned sales, factory and F&I training courses
Other duties may be assigned as required
Qualifications:
Must have minimum 2-3 years of automotive sales experience with preferably 1-year minimum experience in automotive finance/sales management
1-2 years of banking experience as a financial services professional an asset
A passion for providing exemplary customer service and interacting with guests
Proven track record of success, having met or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team
Ability to interpret information provided by Credit Bureau and assess financial risk
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great organization and time management skills with high attention to detail
