What You’ll Do:




    • Provide account services to members in a courteous and professional manner by receiving, processing and recording financial transactions when required.

    • Inform members of new services and products that may be beneficial to them and direct them to other staff as appropriate.

    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the position by completing training and development in all associated risk and cash management guidelines as provided.

    • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing corporate and individual goals.


     


    What You Have:


    Required Education and Experience


     



    •  High School Diploma or equivalent 

    •  Proven experience in customer service.

    • Additional education in finance or related fields is a plus


     


    Skills and Abilities


     



    • Bilingualism (English & French) would be an asset

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with members.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

    • Intermediate proficiency required in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

    • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

        Bondability Requirement
        As part of the hiring process, candidates must meet the requirements to be bondable under a fidelity bond policy. This ensures eligibility to work in roles involving financial transactions and the handling of sensitive member information. Bondability may involve considerations such as past criminal convictions, credit history, and other relevant factors assessed by our insurer.
