WHAT YOU’LL DO AS STORE MANAGER

This is a sales leadership and business management role. You’ll:

• Drive store revenue through team leadership, coaching, and personal selling


• Own your store’s numbers – Track performance, optimize processes, and maximize bonus potential


• Lead and develop your team – Hire, train, and coach staff to crush sales targets


• Build customer loyalty – Create repeat buyers who trust your store’s expertise


• Set the standard – Model energy, service excellence, and results-driven behavior


• Manage daily operations – Inventory, scheduling, store presentation, marketing, customer outreach and customer experience


• Educate and inspire – Share supplement knowledge that helps customers fuel their goals

SCHEDULE & STRUCTURE

Full-Time Position Monday to Friday

Enjoy consistent weekday hours while running your store like your own business based around real time data. When focused leadership and data are used in harmony together, magical thigs happen!

Occasional extra shifts are required around large corporate events a few times per year, options to pickup spare shifts may also be available depending upon availability
