Join us for a unique opportunity to work at the newly opened Moco Museum in London’s West End! As a Flyer Distributor, you play a crucial role in attracting visitors, spreading awareness, and engaging with the public to inspire interest in our museum. Your enthusiasm, approachability, and strong communication skills will help create a positive first impression, encouraging people to discover Moco’s exciting exhibitions and become ambassadors of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for distributing promotional materials at the entrance of the museum and/or in high-footfall areas, engaging with potential visitors, and providing key information about the museum’s exhibitions, events and special offers. If you enjoy interacting with people, working outdoors, and representing a cultural institution, this is the perfect role for you!

1. Public engagement

• Actively approach potential visitors, providing key information about exhibitions, programs, and special events.
• Answer general inquiries regarding the museum’s offerings.
• Gather and report feedback on visitor interest and engagement.

2. Representing the museum

• Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Serve as an ambassador for the museum, promoting its mission and events to the public.

3. Event promotion support

• Assist the marketing team in spreading awareness of upcoming exhibits and activities.
• Collaborate with museum staff to align promotional efforts with marketing goals.

• Fluency in English is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with the public in an outgoing and proactive manner.
• Ability to work independently and outdoors
• Knowledge of the museum’s exhibitions and programs.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable personality.
• Flexibility and availability to work morning or evening shift and weekends (the museum is open 365 days a year 7 days a week)
• Previous work experience in leafleting and/or promoting is a must
• Eligible to work in the UK
