Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor - seasonal contract to end September 30

Starting Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour 

• Ensure all staff on the floor are meeting Rimrock standards of guest satisfaction and service
• Provide ongoing training, motivating, and monitoring of staff
• Provide floor support when business levels require including expediting food, preparing and serving beverages, conducting quality checks etc.
• Handle guest requests and complaints and authorize compensation when necessary
• Adhere to and enforce organizational policies and procedures
• Perform office duties such as scheduling, monthly inventory, and pass-on

• Previous experience working in restaurant front-of-house operations or in-room dining
• Minimum one year of experience working in a leadership role
• Post-secondary education in hospitality is an asset
• Alberta ProServe Certification
• Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to remain composed while working in a fast-paced environment

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
