We are currently looking for energetic team members to work with us at the Marina, to assist our guests and clients in a great customer experience!

POSITION TITLE: Food Server

POSITION PURPOSE

To ensure the smooth running of Old Town Bay Pub and all its various procedures. Give our customers excellent service and information to promote a safe environment for all involved.  Responsible for cleanliness and food safety for the Pub.  Polite courteous, communication with customers.  Must be able to work shift work and weekends.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Greet guests upon arrival


• Take orders from guests


• Mix and make beverages for guests


• Clear tables of dishes and garbage


• Clean and sanitize tables


• Use point of sale system


• Responsible for opening and closing procedures


• Tasks as assigned

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS 

• Can follow instructions and give clear instructions to our guests


• Great customer service, good attitude and willingness to help


• Works well with a team


• Professional looking, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful

QUALIFICATIONS 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Education, Serving it Right

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Computer experiences an asset, Word, Excel, E-mail

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two plus years working in the food service industry

SKILLS/ABILITIES: 
Effective communication skills, organizational skills, time management, professionalism, good attitude and willing to help attitude, can follow instruction and give instruction.

$18.50/Hr 

*Must currently be legally able to work in Canada*
