Food Service Supervisor

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food

Daily check of inventory and supplies

Prepare food order according to requests for dietary restrictions as required

Set daily shift schedules for staff for positions

Maintain records of temperature and wastage

Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, and procedures

Deal with customer feedback and escalations

Understand the operations of the entire business

Maintain company standards and ethics

Cash management for cashier at start as well as check cash out

Ensure that food quality is to standards at all times
