Forklift Operator and Production Associate

Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Canada by way of Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid Canadian work permit. We do not provide LMIA or do sponsorships.

Responsibilities
•Operate a counterbalance forklift to transport materials and products within the production area with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
•Support production activities such as monitoring cans and bottles on the conveyor belt to ensure they are in the correct position, assembly, packaging, and quality control as required.
•Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
•Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and operational excellence.
•Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and maintain high standards.


Qualifications
•2-3 years of recent experience as a counterbalance forklift operator in a production or warehouse environment.
•Valid counterbalance forklift certification.
•rotating schedule: 10 hrs a day, 3 days a week off, must be open to weekend shifts
•Must be comfortable working in a production and processing plant which produces liquors and beverages.
•Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks with attention to detail.
•Familiarity with production processes such as assembly, packaging, or quality control is advantageous.
•Commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to safety regulations.
•Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
