Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary:

Our client is  seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Manager to oversee our fulfillment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, managing inventory, and optimizing fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily fulfillment activities, including receiving, processing, and shipping orders.

2.  Manage inventory levels, track stock levels, and optimize inventory control.

3.  Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

4.  Coordinate with shipping carriers, manage shipping processes, and optimize logistics.

5. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

6.  Lead and manage a team of fulfillment staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

7.  Analyze fulfillment performance metrics, identify trends, and implement changes to improve performance.

Requirements:

1. Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
