Full -Stack Developer

• Project Context: The objective is to demonstrate the ability of distribution tools built on the Genesis platform (EIS) to interact with a large language model (LLM) or agentic AI in a real-world data collection context for generating insurance quotes. The targeted process is auto insurance quotes in Quebec for the Insurance brand.
  


• As an analyst-programmer in systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance, and development, you contribute to IT efficiency. You design, configure, administer, maintain, and upgrade computer networks, management systems, and database servers to meet the organization's needs.
  


• Your role involves contributing to the development of small to medium-sized IT systems, programs, and applications and providing the necessary support, while leveraging your expertise in technology. You participate in analyzing client needs and developing strategies for development activities. In this role, you plan, prioritize, and coordinate work to meet commitments and achieve objectives. The nature of the files and projects requires comprehensive knowledge in your field.
  


• You collaborate on the implementation of development solutions or fixes, where the ability to manage complexity is essential. You will interact with stakeholders working in complementary technology-related fields.
  


• You provide consulting and support to clients and various stakeholders regarding systems.
  

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in developing implementation strategies, conducting analyses, designing, and documenting programs or applications. Collaborate on development, coding, and required testing.
  


• Provide technical support for IT operations and perform various follow-ups.
  


• Participate in writing functional specifications and user procedures. Participate in the development of documentation, the preparation and delivery of user training.
  


• Conduct problem analyses, determine root causes, and monitor system issues during medium to high severity incidents, ensuring their resolution.
  


• Participate in the installation and testing of software packages or the implementation of applications.
  
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of AI concepts and tools
  


• Knowledge of Genesis/Amber (software package from the EIS vendor)
  


• Knowledge of DGAG (Auto solutions)
  


• English proficiency level: Intermediate
