Full Stack .Net Developer (C#)

Position Title: Full Stack .Net Developer (C#)

Location: Regina, SK

Overview:

Charter is currently seeking one (1) experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team starting July 2025. You will be responsible for development, requirement analysis, design, integration, implementation, and maintenance of .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years’ experience developing and supporting C# based applications. Previous experience utilizing Visual Studio and working with SQL is required. Additional experience developing applications using .Net Blazor is a strong asset. Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud would be an asset. Location: onsite in Regina, SK. Term: 6 months. Strong possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full stack development including data services, business services and UI.
• Identify the scope of work required to complete software development activities.
• Implement solutions using Microsoft-based development and web technologies.
• Use validation controls to perform both client-side and server-side validation.
• Integrate applications with external systems and APIs using REST and other communication methods.
• Perform application testing and lead design and code walk-through sessions to ensure adherence to development standards.
• Identify common SOA implementation scenarios.
• Utilize source control via Team Foundation Server and/or Azure DevOps.
• Manage identities and authorizations using OWASP best practices.
• Monitor the status of deployed applications and trace various web events.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 6+ years’ experience developing and supporting C# based applications.
• Previous experience utilizing Visual Studio and working with SQL is required.
• Experience developing applications using .Net Blazor is a strong asset.
• Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud would be an asset.
• Experience producing secure, high-quality code.
• Experience developing enterprise application using the latest .NET frameworks.
• Knowledge and experience using MS SQL databases and SQL querying.
• Knowledge and experience in Entity Framework
• Experience creating documentation and deliverables in accordance with company standards and project methods (agile, hybrid and waterfall).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
