Responsibilities for Security Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site 20 security guards


• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team


• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions


• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies


• Prepare and review incident, accident, and investigation reports


• Liase with law enforcement, emergency services, and management when required


• Identify security risks and recommend corrective actions


• Serve as the main point of contanct for security-related concerns


• Monitor attendace, overtime, and staffing levels


• Manage security equipment inventory and maintenance

Qualifications for Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada


• Previous supervisory experience is required


• WSIB approved first aid certification


• Hold a valid Ontario security license


• Previous leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Good observation and attention to detail


• Ability to multi-task through different priorities


• Knowledge of security systems and procedures
