:Our client is a leading family business in the metal recycling industry. Theirmitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility drives their mission to effectively dispose of metals, end-of-life vehicles and construction waste.Duties and Responsibilities:

Interprets strategic vision and ensures team can understand it.

Manages backlog - ensures priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy.

Meets regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receives feedback from deliveries.

Organizes team activities collaboratively.

Documents end-to-end processes for business and help desk.

Works with BA's as required to ensure business requirements are clear.

Breaks down business requirements into user stories - readies work for team.

Organizes and facilitates regular team ceremonies including daily huddle, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demonstrations.

Requirements:

Hold a university degree in a field related to IT.

5 years of experience in a functional analyst position with knowledge or experience of Salesforce CRM system

Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.

Experience with relational databases (SQL).

Experience in the implementation of information system from A to Z and process analysis.

Perfectly bilingual (French / English).

Experience with the Agile approach.
