St. Leonard’s Community Services, London & Region (SLCS) supports and advocates with people who are, or may be, justice‑involved, offering purposeful, person-centered programs for adults and youth across adult residential, youth and adult community programs, and school‑based/youth diversion services. SLCS has been a trusted partner in the region for over 55 years, operating four adult residential homes, and delivering 20+ programs, grounded in restorative practices with the majority of our resources invested in direct services.
As we embark on a new strategic plan that will guide our vision for the agency from 2026 through to 2031, SLCS is recruiting a Manager, Fund Development. The Manager will be instrumental in developing and leading our first long-term fund development strategy. By expanding our visibility, sharing our vision and mission, cultivating new donor relationships, and developing multiple new revenue streams, we will amplify our impact and ensure more people in our community will have access to the support they need and deserve. The role involves a combination of on‑site work at our head office (405 Dundas St.) as well as attending community‑based appointments. Occasional travel within London and the surrounding region will be required. Hours of work are generally regular business hours, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
This position requires a clear Police Check with Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) screening as a required condition of employment, as per SLCS policy.
