Fundraiser

Endo Networks is seeking a Face-to-Face Fundraiser. You will be at the forefront of this meaningful campaign, engaging with the public at Mississauga and Etobicoke mall locations and inspiring shoppers to support the fundraising for the Foundation's healthcare initiatives. As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences to connect with potential donors and secure contributions in support of the Foundation's various programs. You will be part of a dynamic team that seeks to raise awareness about the vital work undertaken by the Foundation. Your passion for the cause and exceptional interpersonal skills will drive the success of this fundraising campaign.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize innovative and creative experiential marketing strategies to capture the public's attention and generate interest in the Foundation's mission.

· Engage and Educate: Initiate meaningful conversations with individuals to educate them about the Foundation's initiatives and the impact of their donations.

· Inspire Action: Inspire potential donors by sharing stories and testimonials of individuals whose lives have been positively impacted by the Foundation's programs.

· Meet Fundraising Goals: Work towards achieving ambitious fundraising targets, contributing to the campaign's overall success and the Foundation's mission.

· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse and enthusiastic team, sharing insights, strategies, and successes to drive collective results.

· Passion for Impact: A genuine passion for social causes.

· Engaging Communicator: Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the Foundation's message compellingly and persuasively.

· $22+ 4.00/hour professionalism bonus + campaign specific bonus.
