What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of canvassers and street fundraisers
• Deliver hands-on training sessions and shadowing to develop high-performing fundraisers
• Create and implement fundraising strategies that increase donor sign-ups and team productivity
• Monitor daily team performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Help recruit and onboard new team members
• Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and motivation workshops
• Ensure messaging stays aligned with client and campaign goals
• Report metrics and updates to upper management

• 1–2 years of experience in fundraising, face-to-face sales, or team leadership
• Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
• Confidence speaking to individuals and groups in a public setting
• High energy, adaptability, and accountability
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
