This role keeps you at the center of regional operations. You will lead the performance of a residential portfolio by driving operational excellence, supporting teams, and ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards. Balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, you’ll play a key role in optimizing assets, developing talent, and enhancing the resident experience across the region. 

WHAT WILL YOU NEED? 

• Proven experience leading residential property management operations across multiple sites or portfolios. 

• Strong operational, financial, and asset management knowledge within residential real estate. 

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing property management teams. 

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. 

• Ability to execute corporate strategy through cross-functional collaboration. 

• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-portfolio environment. 

• Proficiency with property management systems and reporting tools.
