The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking Substitute Child Care Providers, After School Educators, and Support Workers to join our Child Care and After School Programs.
Substitute Child Care Provider
We are looking for Substitute Child Care Providers to join our After-School Department in the Quispamsis and Rothesay area. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting children’s learning and growth—including their physical and social development—within a safe, child-centered environment.
You will provide staffing coverage for sick leave, vacation, and breaks, working with children from infancy to 12 years of age. This position may require coverage at our Saint John and Quispamsis locations.
After School Program Educator (Part-Time)
We are seeking a part-time After School Program Educator to join our Child Care and After School Department. The Educator will support children’s learning and development in a safe and engaging environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering programs within our After School Programs for children aged 5 to 12 years. You will actively engage with participants, develop weekly program plans based on their interests, and build positive relationships with children and their families to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
After School Support Worker
As an After School Support Worker, you will collaborate with your team to implement and follow an individualized program plan for a specific child, while also engaging with all children in the program.
You will complete daily journals and communicate regularly with parents and team members. Building strong, supportive relationships with children and their families is key to creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
