The Opportunity 

We are looking for a General Labourer to join our production team. In this role, you will support a variety of production and material-handling activities that help ensure safe, efficient day-to-day operations across the facility.

Working under the direction of supervisors and alongside multiple departments, you will assist with tasks such as unloading cut parts, preparing components for welding or painting through grinding and cleaning, and maintaining organized work areas. Your ability to adapt to shifting priorities and provide support where needed will play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and meeting overall operational goals.

Our Ideal Candidate 

Our ideal candidate takes pride in supporting hands-on work and understands how their efforts contribute to overall production efficiency and quality.

You may have experience in a manufacturing or shop environment, using hand tools or basic equipment such as grinders, and handling materials safely. You are comfortable assisting with a variety of tasks, from unloading and moving parts to preparing components for the next stage of production, while keeping your work area clean and organized.

You work well as part of a team, follow direction, and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day. You take safety seriously, communicate when needed, and contribute to maintaining a productive, efficient, and hazard-free shop floor.

The Benefits

We offer regular, full-time employment with competitive wages paid biweekly. Our standard work week is 44 hours, with overtime paid after 40 hours, providing consistent earning potential. Employees are also eligible for our quarterly bonus program.
