About the Opportunity

A well-established, high-volume clinic in Kitchener, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Family Physician / General Practitioner to join its growing team. This FFS-based practice offers a collaborative, collegial setting with modern facilities, excellent patient flow, and full administrative support—ideal for physicians seeking flexibility and professional independence.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in a busy, community-focused environment




• Manage a broad range of acute, chronic, and preventive cases




• Collaborate with nurses, admin staff, and other healthcare professionals




• Maintain accurate documentation using a modern EMR system




• Contribute to continuity of care and patient satisfaction through consistent follow-up and high-quality service

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Medical degree and valid CPSO license (or eligibility via an approved international pathway)




• Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or equivalent (MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, etc.)




• Friendly, team-oriented approach to patient care




• Strong communication, clinical, and decision-making skills




• Interest in chronic disease management, preventive medicine, or women’s health is an asset
