Golden Words Distribution Manager

The roles of the Distribution Manager are as follows:

• Deliver papers to stands across campus once per week on either Wednesdays or Thursdays (takes 1-2 hours)
• Presence at various Golden Words events, aiding in setup/teardown and delivery of supplies to and from locations across campus
• A car is required for this position

Skills and interests that will be considered an asset for this position include:

- Extensive time management and organizational skills

- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards networking

- Demonstrated oral communication skills

Reports to:

- Golden Words Editors

- Engineering Society Director of Retail Services

- Engineering Society Vice-President (Operations)

Work Term:

September 1st, 2025 to April 30th, 2026

Salary/Time Commitment:

- $60 per week salaried

- 3 hours expected per week

- Salary is non-negotiable
