** This role requires FULL - SEASON AVAILABILITY FROM APRIL TO LATE OCTOBER 2026; partial availability will not be considered.**

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining all areas of the golf course, including mowing, trimming turf, maintaining bunkers and other assigned tasks


• Positive attitude towards your fellow turf-maintenance team members and Club members


• Effective communication and cooperation with supervisors daily
  
  

Wages & Hours of Work:

• $21.74/hour starting wage + additional bonus eligibility + benefits


• Employees are eligible for an additional $2/hour bonus at the end of their contract if they complete their work term in good standing 


• Shifts start as early as 5:00 AM or 5:30 AM


• Working 32 - 38 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Experience working outdoors (i.e. golf courses, landscaping or manual labour) is an asset


• Previous experience using hand tools or equipment is preferred


• Have a positive attitude and be a team player


• Enjoy working early mornings and being done early


• Sustain prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling


• Physically able to operate power equipment


• Ability to occasionally lift to 50 lbs is desirable, but not essential


• Possessing a driver’s license is preferred

Additional Information:

• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions


• All on-site training provided


• Golf shirts, work gloves, and footwear allowance provided


• Golf can occasionally be arranged at appropriate times through a supervisor
