Job Description

Under the supervision of the Gross Profit Manager, the Gross Profit Specialist strives to improve the NAPA Corporate and Associate Stores' gross profit results. They lead the analysis, problem-solving, and improvement measures of gross profit margins. They conduct steady reviews and analysis of results and involve all management teams in addressing and solving issues.

In this role you will be:

• A valued and integral role as a pricing specialist for store support
• Remote “work from home” position allowing more work/life flexibility
• Challenging and rewarding role that is part of a national team
• Developing and implementing a price management program for your specified region or territory
• Availability to travel.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

• Degree in Commerce Management/Business Administration. A combination of education and experience with a strong accounting/finance component.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of our national and regional markets, customers, and competition is an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
