Job Description - Group Preowned Assistant

We have a great opportunity for a Group Preowned Assistant to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:



  • Research market values and inventory conditions using dedicated software to ensure accurate pricing and positioning.

  • Communicate reconditioning plans with each store’s designated contact to facilitate timely vehicle readiness.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the Used Car department and store teams.

  • Collaborate with store personnel to achieve group and store‑level objectives.

  • Other duties as require



Requirements:



  • Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group’s CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship‑focused, Motivated, Attitude.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is an asset.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn dealership systems.
