Guest Experience:

- Ensures top notch standard for customer service at Porsche Centre Richmond

- Handles customer escalations

- Handles goodwill case submissions

- Manages CSI scores for the store

- Manages Google reviews

- Facilitates customer delivery experience

- Manages customer profiles

- Responsible for customer data entry in CRM system

- Porsche Connect and Activation

- Coordinates customer transportation

- Co-manage and plan events with brand manager

Internal Compliance: 

- Responsible for team engagement

- Health and safety committee

- Property management

- Porsche corporate identify and facility maintenance management

- Responsible for ordering dealer office supplies

- Liaison for Janitorial and security services

- Structuring and implementing internal SOPs      

- Administration of dealer system users

- Responsible for organizing staff training

- Assists brand manager with social media
