What you’ll do:

• Work with the Test Team, Engineering Development, Production, and Customer Support, as required, to design and develop test plans to validate that our products meet performance and reliability expectations.


• Work with all the above departments to develop test plans to verify the functional behaviour of the product and ensure that all elements of the product are “as designed”.  


• Troubleshoot problems related to product performance and champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities to ensure effective corrective action.


• Work to document and resolve technical issues in a timely manner


• Develop and maintain team processes, procedures, and templates


• Develop and maintain customized testing tools and methods


• Maintain testing equipment, test facility, and tools

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical and/or Electronics, or related field


• A minimum of 5 years experience in a technical role (preferably product testing or Quality Analysis) related to high technology electromechanical products


• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• You work well with diverse groups of people, technical and non-technical, and are able to function independently of direct supervision


• Valid driver's license required


• Awesome attitude, self-driven and self-motivated; you get things done with a passion for continuously raising the quality bar.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with robotics


• Familiarity with Jira and Google Suite


• Previous experience operating or servicing industrial and/or commercial floor cleaning equipment is an asset


• Experience with Robot Operating System (ROS) and Linux-based operating systems
