Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all bank transactions,
  including payments and wire transfers.
  
• Manage and own bank and credit card
  reconciliations.
  
• Contribute to the design and implementation of
  reconciliations with payment service providers (PSPs), as well as ongoing
  ownership of this process once implemented.
  
• Develop and maintain weekly / monthly cash flow
  review and forecasts to optimize liquidity and support strategic planning.
  
• Implement and monitor approval workflows for
  payments.
  
• Lead a Banking Analyst, providing mentorship,
  training, and performance oversight.
  
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to maintain
  segregation of duties.
  
• Integrate banking data with accounting software
  for real-time reporting and audit trails.
  
• Monitor and mitigate risks (e.g., chargebacks,
  currency fluctuations).
  
• Liaise with commercial banks to manage
  relationships, account settings, user roles, and transaction limits.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or
  related field; CPA preferred.
  
• 5+ years of experience in banking, treasury, or
  financial operations, preferably in the gaming or technology industries.
  
• Proven leadership experience managing small
  teams and implementing financial controls.
  
• Expertise in cash flow forecasting, bank
  reconciliations, and payment processing.
  
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, PowerBI, and
  ApprovalMax is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational
  skills, with a focus on audit readiness and segregation of duties.
