Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead our user acquisition, activation, and engagement strategies, driving overall growth and market presence. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and robust analytical acumen. Collaborating closely with company founders, you will ensure alignment with our overarching vision and objectives, supported by a diverse team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embodying a 'roll up your sleeves' mentality to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Hacking: Devise and implement innovative growth strategies, encompassing referral programs, pricing mechanics, and opt-in initiatives.
- Funnel Optimization: Strategically design and iterate consumer funnels, including creative assets and landing pages, while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities across the website and user flow, working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Email/SMS Marketing/CRM: Develop and execute robust email marketing strategies, including content creation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Performance Marketing: Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop and execute campaign strategies, manage day-to-day operations, and drive overall campaign success.
- Meta and Google Ads Management: Oversee and manage vendors to optimize campaigns, maximizing ROI and user acquisition.
- Data Analytics: Construct and interpret comprehensive dashboards, ensuring accurate data analysis and collaborating with operations for capacity planning.
- Growth Ops/Systems: Implement and optimize tools and systems to facilitate scalable growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in growth marketing or related roles, with a strong emphasis on B2C environments.
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets exceeding $50K monthly.
- Experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, management, and optimization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, growth-oriented approach.
- Ability to strategize at both macro and micro levels, transitioning seamlessly between high-level planning and tactical execution.
