Job Description - Head of HR Leader Research (Hourly/Contract)

This is an open freelance role to share your feedback. We are looking for feedback from HR Leaders on our product as we expand in Canada. This is a compensated research hourly research role in exchange for your time and input!

We’re Rippling, the all-in-one workforce management platform for Canadian businesses to simplify their HR, IT, and Finance. We are looking to gain a deeper understanding of your needs and get feedback from HR leaders in Canada.

The “job” details:

  • Spend your time on a call with our research team to share your pain points as an HR leader in Canada as it relates to Payroll, HR Systems, and other tech systems
  • Share candid feedback on our product offering at Rippling

The offer:

  • $100/30-minutes or $200/hour

The job requirement / qualifications

  • You’re an HR leader, business owner, or financial leader at a company (no government agencies) between 100 - 1000 employees
  • You care about making your HR systems and processes more efficient and productive
