Full time Permanent Position we are looking to fill

FT1: Monday to Friday (0700-1500)

FT2: Monday to Wednesday (0600-1800)

FT3: Monday to Wednesday (2030-0830)

Part time Permanent position we are looking to fill

PT1: Monday and Tuesday  (0700-1900)

PT2: Saturday and Sunday (1530-2330)

PT3: Saturday and Sunday (2300-0700)

PT4: Saturday and Sunday (1500-2300)

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?

• Provide excellent customer service
• Access control duties
• Good and effective communication skills are required with ability to engage and to de-escalate situations
• Must provide high level of customer service in a challenging environment, greeting people and directing them to the right place.
• Will need to monitor site visitors, staff, Perform ID checks.
• Will respond to various site emergencies (codes), and when required, immediately coordinating with the site security and calling backup in order to ensure security of patients, visitors, staff, property and information.
• Will need to observe presence of any suspicious person, things, unusual activity, or issues if seen at the site, and respond to the situation, and manage immediate coordination and reporting to site security.
• Incident and daily reporting according to the site requirement and standards.

Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

• Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
• Must be able to work Morning Shifts
• Must be able to stand for long hours
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
• High school education or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
