Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Journeyman 421A Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of a wide range of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and more

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment
  
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
  
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity
  
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and objectives
  
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up -to -date with industry advancement
  

Requirements:

• Valid Heavy Equipment Mechanic license
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
  
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of heavy equipment systems
  
• Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
  
• Willingness to work overtime when required
  
• Valid driver's license
