There's an art to perfectly grading a surface or cutting a precise slope with a dozer. It takes thousands of hours in the seat to develop the feel, instinct, and skill that distinguishes good enough work from exceptional work. At FLINT, we're looking for operators who have mastered that art. 

As a Multi-Skilled Dozer and Grader Operator at our Fort McMurray site, you'll be part of a team that shapes the landscape of Canada's energy future. FLINT is hiring a Dozer Operator for permanent tailings work in Fort McMurray, AB, starting September 11, 2025. This role offers a 7/7 schedule, camp stay, flights from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours.

• A minimum of 4000+ hours of experience operating a D6+ is required.
• 2 years tailings/cell experience is an asset.
• Open pit mining experience is an asset.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Carrying out groundwork in the tailings area of the mine.
• Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
